Paul Walker, Senior Partner of Wallace Walker.

Paul has consulted extensively within the public and private sectors, and with professional services firms. He has worked with board and senior management teams from organisations of all sizes, and covering a broad and diverse range of sectors. He specialises in business analysis and business transformation and change, including strategic planning, organisational design and development, and cultural change.
He has led the delivery of numerous large studies, restructuring projects and transformation programmes for Wallace Walker within both the public and private sectors, and within the Defence sector. He has worked for over ten years within MoD and Defence logistics on issues concerning strategy, organisation and management. He has also worked extensively within offshore territories with financial services and professional services firms.
Paul has a BEng (Hons) Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Surrey, an MBA from Kingston Business School and is a Chartered Engineer. He is a highly experienced and accomplished facilitator, coach and trainer.
