Overview: Consultancy support to a major international aerospace and defence manufacturer (OEM) and its operating companies over a ten-year period.

Headlines: Wallace Walker has supported numerous assignments with this aerospace and  defence OEM, including major restructuring and transformation projects involving the design and set-up of project / matrix-based organisations for its land and sea equipment divisions.  We have also provided board-level facilitation to develop commercial and business strategies, and major cultural development programmes required to underpin business and organisational transformation.  We have also been deployed to troubleshoot in various operating companies to address performance and effectiveness shortfalls, including board dynamics and alignment issues.
