Overview: Market testing the potential sale to the private sector of the Defence Aviation Repair Agency (DARA), an MoD Trading Fund.
Headlines: Wallace Walker, partnering with a major investment bank, completed an intensive consultation exercise to test market interest in either acquiring the DARA or managing it as a government owned contracted operation. This involved developing a fifty-page business summary presentation and subsequent meetings with around thirty potentially interested parties, including major defence original equipment manufacturers, service companies and private equity buyers.

Measure of success: MoD signed-off the final report and reported very favourably on the work completed by the investment bank / Wallace Walker team.
