Business Enterprise Services for SME's

We have a suite of tried and tested products and services, including both workshop programmes and 1:1 in-company support, that we have evolved over a 13-year period and which are delivered for SME's within the UK and the Channel Islands (Jersey), covering a wide range of industry and commerce sectors. In Jersey, our work with SME's is delivered on behalf of Jersey Enterprise. Working with their account managers and through an account management process, we have delivered strategic management services to around 100 businesses, covering all sectors of the economy, including tourism, agriculture, retail, construction and building services, ICT, new and creative media, as well as financial and professional services and energy/environment.
We help mangement teams from SME's to work "on" as opposed to "in" their businesses, developing strategies and plans to achieve an increased penetration of their domestic markets - achieved through an improved business focus, increased business effectiveness, innovation and the introduction of new products and services. We also assist with either internationalising for the first time or securing increased penetration of international markets. Our work also focuses extensively on building the organisational and management capabilities necessary to achieve a chosen business strategy.
